In keeping with the Private Security Industry Act 2001 all Securus operatives are licensed by the SIA to perform their designated activities and we are regulated by the SIA in providing all of the services we offer to our clients.
All new employees undergo a rigorous recruitment process, followed by a planned programme of personal assessment, training and development. Our operatives are supported by a team of managers, who co-ordinate service delivery for our clients.
All of our staff are fully qualified and licensed to perform their individual duties but all staff are encouraged to work towards any qualification which will enhance their ability to perform their role and assist with their personal career development.
Our commitment to quality is assured through our Quality Improvement Process, which provides a methodology for defining the service we are to supply, monitoring performance and delivering customer satisfaction. The process includes a programme of liaison meetings between the Securus team and our client representatives and regular formal reviews which provide a constant process of communication.
This process ensures best practice and continuity of service and that the clients’ objectives are being met. It also provides a platform for ongoing improvement and development of the service we provide.
